Is it possible to show a color status icon in a Jira filter displayed on a wiki?

We are using a text field drop down in Jira tickets for reporting status:

- Green (on track)

- Yellow (at risk)

- Red (no plan)

Is there a way to add icons, color, or a visual to a Jira field such that when it is loaded on a wiki page it appears for easy visualization of issues flagged as red?

Hi @Bea Tea

the only thing I can think of is to set up a Jira Automation rule that, depending on your Reporting Status field, writes a matching emoji - like 🟩 or 🟨 or 🟥 - into a single-line text custom field, which I believe you should be able to add as a column to your Confluence filter table.

I haven't done this myself, but it may be worth a try.

Best,

Hannes

... and just to put this out there, as it will become available as a Confluence widget in the future: My team and I work on an app for Jira which I think would be a perfect fit for your use case, JXL for Jira. It's a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields - much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets - and also comes with a number of advanced features, like conditional formatting. With this, you can build a view like the following in just a couple of clicks:

For now, this is "Jira only" - but we definitely plan to offer a Confluence gadget in the future, too.

Any questions just let me know!
