Is it possible to share epics across projects?

Hello,

I would like to share epics across projects as there are some epics which are worked on by multiple teams. Currently the Epic only appears in side bar of the parent project, I was wondering if there is anyway for it to appear in the side bars of all projects with tickets linked to that epic?

Hi Zulfadli,

We have multiple teams working on one product and these teams frequently work on different parts of the same user story. Each team has its own JIRA project.

For planning purposes, we'd like to be able to see how much of the overall story each team has to complete in the Plan view for each of the teams. I'm open to ideas on how we can do this efficiently.

Since Epic is an issue type of JIRA, it still behave as a normal issue. May I know what are you trying to achieve here?
