Is it possible to share a project with client and limit the access to only the clients project ?

Hi Kurt, welcome to the Community. Yes indeed, you just need to create a group specific to the client and add the appropriate members to that group. Ensure that those members do not exist in any other role/group that might be given permissions in other projects. Set up the permission scheme in the client project to include this group where desired.
