Is it possible to set a board (not a project or issues) to be writeable by some users and readable by others?
Example, we hava a board "Prioritizer" wich is intended to be used to prioritize issues. This is something just a few people need to do in our project and thus we want these people to be able to move up/down issues on this particular board. However, we want all to be able to view the board.
As the world not tend to be black and white, we don't want to restrict anyone to be able to move up/down/around or edit any issues on other boards on the project.
Can this be done?
Your users could move up/down issues according to Schedule issue permission. So should assign that permission to users in permission scheme and that permission scheme to projects.
Woldn't that affect the entire project. If I wanted to restrict on a Kanban Board only?

I am afraid - no. Users should have that possibility or not - there are also buttons for ranking in issue view, in issue navigator...
