Is it possible to restrict viewing of issue custom field to group of users?

Hi Kiril,

Nope, currently it's not possible to do it and as far as I know, and you can see in the issue below, Atlassian do not plan to deliver this feature any time in the future.

If you want that in general the only solution I know of is the field security plugin
