I am using jira cloud. I have pinned multiple confluence article categories to my service desk and no matter how i add them it always shows them in a complete random order. Is it possible to make that alphabetical or even last added could be on the top?

I'm afraid the answer is no, the influencing of kb is limited to labels and content of the article.
