No this is not possible.
This is based on the enabled feature "Customer sentiment analysis" on a JSM project. This is an AI feature.
It is also still a beta feature.
If you have suggestions or ideas to make the feature better, provide feedback to Atlassian.

It seems that field is coming a plugin. Can you check with the Jira admin what app is that one?
Normally, third party apps like that should have a reporting section.
