We are trying to configure service desk but are struggling with mapping individual reporters to the customer that they work for.
We want to be able to have many reporters who work for the same company to submit issues to us and log both the individual who reported the issue and also the company they work for.
This seems like it should be straightforward but not sure how to do it.
Is this possible?
