Is it possible to log work only by transitions?

We are logging work in JIRA only by transition. So I need to hide all log work links.

I found module View Issue Ops Bar Work Link for disabling Log work menu item in More actions menu. But I cannot find a way to disable same button in Time Tracking section.

Is it possible to hide/delete this button?ttlw.jpg

I believe your only option is to remove the panel unless you want to customize.
