I need help, in the structure that my company works today I need to create tickets through Jira Servicedesk and give another type of deal within Jira Software.
This integration already works and everything is ok, but I would like to know if it is possible to import or integrate the comments made in Jira Software for Jira Servicedesk.
I use Jira Cloud!
Hi @João Soares - You can create an automation rule that makes a comment to or @mentions the Service Desk issue assignee so you can go to the linked issue and review the comment. To copy the Jira Software Issue comment to the Service Desk issue comments I believe you would need to use a product such as Automation for Jira.
