We bought new Cloud JIRA 7.0.
But our current projects are still in Server JIRA 4.3.
Please, help us with the question:
is it possible to import projects (and their tasks) from Server Jira 4.3 to Cloud Jira 7.0?
If yes, how we can do it?
Thanks very much for help!
Yes you can import but you need to upgrade your 4.3 to 7.0 before you create the file for import. You should review the instructions at
Hi, Phill!
Please, give your answer (I wrote above):
Server JIRA 4.3. is a corporate space. Upgrading 4.3. to 7.0 is not so easy (consider, that it can't be the option for as). We (one of the company department) decided to buy our own Cloud JIRA 7.0 so now we need to move our projects/tasks to it.
Have we any other option to do it (except of upgrading corporate Server JIRA from 4.3. to 7.0.) or we need to move it only manually (by hand)?
Thank you!
