I'm trying to setup a form in Service Desk where all the fields are preset and a user just needs to pick preset values in different fields.
The problem is that I can't find a way to "get rid" of the summary field
The summary field is required by the base code to create any type of issue.
Maybe its at least possible to pre set some value to it just so the user wont need to write anything there?

Not out of the box. Check out https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-set-default-value-for-summary-field-in-jira-800692650.html

Maybe for Service Desk, but I seem to recall being able to configure JIRA for issues without a Summary a few years ago. Maybe no longer
