Is it possible to get notification on low score in Jira Service Desk?

 

I can't find an answer for this question at Jira documentation.

 

If we get a low score (few stars) I would like to get a email about this. Is it possible to get an email notification on low scores at Jira customer satisfaction (CSAT)?

I'm not sure about out-of the box, but you can write a postfunction to raise email depending on condition, e.g. low score in the assigned workflow
