Is it possible to generate release notes that span multiple versions?

I have a project with multiple versions, and I was trying to figure out how to generate release notes that span multiple project versions (4.4.1, 4.4.2, 4.4.3... etc.) without having to copy and paste and reformat a bunch of things.

Is this possible?

This widget could not be displayed.

You can create release notes from any issue list in the Issue Navigator with the PDF View Plugin.

It has a template intuitively called release-note-fo.vm that produces a reasonable output (see the sample), but you can customize that to smallest details.
