Is it possible to generate release notes that span multiple versions?

I have a project with multiple versions, and I was trying to figure out how to generate release notes that span multiple project versions (4.4.1, 4.4.2, 4.4.3... etc.) without having to copy and paste and reformat a bunch of things.

Is this possible?
