Is it possible to export screens and custom fields?

I know that we can export/import workflow and not sure if it is possible to export screens and custom fields? If it is , how can I accomplish it?

I'm afraid there's nothing built into JIRA to do this, but there are several add-ons that can help you with it.  Have a look in the marketplace for simply "project" and "JIRA", you should see a number of them.
