Is it possible to disable the "Configure Fields" option when you Create Issue?

As an addition to JIRA 5, the "Configure Fields" menu appears when you Create Issue. Is it possible to disable this functionality? I want all users to see all fields for that issue type (established in Admin) regardless of whether it is required or not.

I dont want to give users the option to change what fields they see when they enter a new issue

Is this viewable to you as the admin onlt or have you spot checked with other users?

The view is probably for admin only, and you should probably install something like the

SU jira plug-in so you can "see" what users can:

It's also good for debugging when a user says, "I can't do ....."
