I am the coordinator of an IT-related team in the company where I work, and lately, I have been facing an issue with my team members.
We are using Jira Software to organize the request from the users to help them with their issues on a daily basis. The problem is that my team is using the Only My Issues button and they are not checking the issues that have been opened without being assigned to them by me directly, which leads us to a lot of tickets not being attended by the team.
I want to remove this feature from only our project, without affecting the other projects currently running on Jira outside our department.
Is it doable?

Are you referring to the button in my screenshot below which appears on a project's board?
If so, this is a default Quick Filter. Quick Filters can be customized (or removed) by accessing the Board Settings (for which you need to be a project administrator or direct administrator of the board)
