Is it possible to customize the columns in the Report view in Agile?

The defaults are Key, Summary, Issue Type, Priority, Status, Story Points. I want to add Assignee and Date Created to the default view.

Per your answer (not sure why it's not posted here), in Card Layout of the Board/Configure, there is only an option for Plan and Work mode. I want to configure Report mode.
