If you mean the default comment they you might want to try Canned Responses for JIRA. On Cloud you can define default project template and for Server you can just replace the default template with any of your custom templates when you need it.
It supports printing just the first name and the cursor position so you will be able to define the template you want. Oh, and for non-shared templates, you can use it for free.
