Is it possible to customize invitation mail form customer in Jira Service Desk Cloud

We would like to add more information in the invitation mail, which is sent to customers.

Is it possible to customize it?

No it is not possible at this time. There are answers to this that exist in AA already, e.g. https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/39246070

The email sent right now is SO confusing, people thin they have to log in rather than create a password for the first time. Sloppy sloppy.
