Is it possible to create your own side information area like SLA, People, Servie Desk Request, etc?

I am trying to create a side information area on my incident form called Company and I want it to populate with data based off of a field I created on my Incident form that has my customer's name in it. Is this possible? I have tried everything and have not found a way to do this.

Hi! This is available via the Connect development framework in JIRA Cloud, or via the P2 plugin framework in JIRA Server.

In both API, this is called a Web Panelhttps://developer.atlassian.com/static/connect/docs/1.1.94/modules/common/web-panel.html
