Is it possible to count a number of click issue ??

Deleted user September 21, 2016

Hello to all!

I have question..

I wanna count a issue click number..

The first example is below;

The users 'a','b','c' and the issue 'TEST-01'

if the user 'a' clicked 'Test-01' 5 times and the user 'b' clicked 'Test-01' 2 times and  the user 'c' clicked 'Test-01' 3 times,

Then, customfield 'Total Count' shows '10'

Total Count : 10

The second example is below;

The users 'a','b','c' and the issue 'TEST-01'

if the user 'a' clicked 'Test-01' 5 times and the user 'b' clicked 'Test-01' 2 times and  the user 'c' clicked 'Test-01' 3 times,

Then, customfield 'Total Count' shows

 'a' : 5 clicked
 'b' : 2 clicked
 'c' : 3 clicked

Is it possible to make it for plug-in or workflow script..?

I'm using version 6.3.6 so it is limited rest api function..

Can do it ?

If it is possible, give me the way..

Thanks ahead..

You say "clicked" - what does this really mean?

Do you mean "the user clicks on an issue link and hence goes to the issue view"?  Or you want to have options in an issue view that they can click to do something?  Also, if you're trying to count issue views, what actually counts?  I can read information about an issue from the issue view, the navigator (in two ways), Scrum/Kanban/Business boards, subscriptions and and and...
