Is it possible to consolidate all the projects we have under one "main" project?
Requirements:
Create one main project with subprojects ,
Clients should not know there's a "main" project,
Will be used for announcements,
If there's one question we need to ask to all our clients we want to ask it once, not multiple times in each channel.
Is this possible within Jira?
Hi, @Nelleke Engels. As @Tarun Sapra says, if you are okay keeping everything in a single Jira project there are ways you may be able to do what you need to do.
However, if that ship has already sailed and you already have multiple Jira projects, as @Alexey Matveev points out, Structure for Jira is one of the most popular ways to assemble data from multiple projects in one view.
If you decide to have a look at Structure and have any questions about it our support team would be happy to help you out.
Best of luck to you whatever you decide,

Hello @Nelleke Engels
You can use "components" in Jira, in this way you can have one major projects and each component of the major project can have it's own board as the boards can be based on components.
Or IN jira you can use "categories" to club together similar projects user same category and you can also use this category in JQL while searching.
But you can't consolidate or link sub-projects under one projects this is currently not supported, but you can use alternate ways as suggested above.

Hello,
I am not sure what your requirements are. But basically you can not consolidate projects under one project.
Have a look at the Structure plugin. Maybe, this plugin is what you are looking for.
