Is it possible to configure which fields appear on email notifications

I am curious to know if the fields listed in the notification emails can be configured to add or remove fields

It is possible to add custom fields to emails which you can learn here:

If you would like to exclude the fields, this cannot be done from the UI and needs customizations. A similar discussion has bene raised here which will help you :
