Is it possible to change what fields are shown in customer portal request view?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is anyway possible to change what is shown to a customer when he presses the "requests" button in the customer portal.

In this particular case, I would like to show the customer one of the form's field (the form that is populated by the customer when raising a request) in this view, is it possible?
