Is it possible to change Sender field when agent add comment to the Issue?

I have a problem with sender field in emails which I receive from JIRA SD. At this moment when agent add a comment Sender field looks like: LastName_of_agent, FirstName_of_agent (email address for notifications).

If I answer to this comment from Outlook for example, then Outlook save this sender to cache. And when I trying to send mail to the customer directly from Outlook it shows me two contacts for this Last Name...

 

I`ve already changed Sender in General Settings. But this helped only for newly created tickets. Customer received first mail  where Sender is what i`ve configured in general settings.

This widget could not be displayed.

I double checked this issue and I see that Outlook don`t add agent`s address to the cache when we answer to the agent`s comment. I think you can close this question
