Is it possible to add the wiki page link to a scrum board card layout?

I linked a Story to a confluence page and would like to Display this link on the Story Card in the Backlog of our scrum board. Is there a way to do this?

What you can do is create a "URL Custom Field" which you can add to your project screen scheme and finally configure your board's "Card Layout" to show this field.

This does't really work, Gabrielle. You add a custom field with a URL link. and JIRA will display the hyperlink, BUT you can't click to go to the page of the link. So it's not that useful. I'm on JIRA 7.2.6 server
