Is it possible to add a description to the built-in summary field?

I would like to add comments to the built-in field "Summary". The comment is a description of the naming convention we would like to follow. Is there a way to do this?

To make this short, according to the answers there, you'll need to inject some javascript, which is not very recommendable.

Still according to this topic, doing this is at your own risk.

One thing you could do is build a test board (you need to reproduce the same configuration) in which you would try such a thing, so it won't mess everything up. If it works in the test board, then there's a high chance that this will work in your main board.
