I have only been able to attach a file when creating a new issue. However, when reviewing my issues, I am allowed to add screenshots as well as files. Surely this cannot be correct.
By being forced to add an attachment, I must first create and save the attachment and then I must attach it.
By pasting a screenshot, the whole process of creating a new issue would be much more efficient for my testers.
The other defect tracking tools I have used have all allowed me to attach screenshots when creating new issues.
