Is anybody have incoming mail handlers issue?

None of my emails are getting to my JIRA instance to create and issue. Even when I run a test it just tells me that there are no found message to convert. Just seeing if anyone else is having any issues with incoming mail to Jira.

Gonna need a lot more details. Try this:

  1. Enable debug logging for incoming email and tail the logfile.
  2. Log into the email account that JIRA monitors for incoming mail. 
  3. Send a mail to the account and see if it arrives. 
  4. See what shows up in the logfile.

You might try setting up an Inbox rule that will copy (not move) mail to a folder upon arrival. That way you can mimic sending email by moving the mail back to the inbox.
