Is Jira Service Desk on the cloud compatible with Jira v6.3.14 on-prem?

Hello everyone!

Our company is thinking to move our service desk licenses to cloud services and we are thinking if there is some way to link our actual Jira on-prem to escalate tickets between on premises and cloud platforms (plugins or some connector).

Hi @Francisco López Gómez,

There's options to help you do that. A good starting point for your investigation might be this list of Marketplace Apps.

Also, consider the data migration you might be facing and check which add-ons you might already be using, which are business critical and check if they are available on Cloud as well.
