I just set up an instance of Jira On Demand for a client.
They're on a 30 day trial which they plan to continue.
However, the account is set up with a personal credit card, and the guy will then have to expense the payment. So, I'm wondering about the invoice, when/where will they receive that?
After the 30 day evaluation period ends, the credit card supplied on signup will be automatically charged the monthly renewal fee, and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the billing and technical contact(s) associated with the subscription.
If you signed up, you can check who is listed as a contact on the account via https://my.atlassian.com and if you'd like you can add the card holder as the billing contact so that they are sent the invoice automatically.
