Hi,
Invited user for our site did not receive an invite email. I tried resend it several times with no success.
Then I tried to remove the user and invite user back again but still no invite email received.
It is probably stuck in Atlassian Bounced list.
May I ask to check it?

we are still on a Free version of Jira with this site.
Setting everything now before turning into a paid subscription.
So, what I understood one-on-one customer support is not available for free version.
