This issue is resolved by disabling HTTP compression in TMG worked for me.

Did you check the log file?

Thanks Bhushan. Which log file do we need to check?

atlassian-jira.log in your home dir. What's the error in the browser?

when trying to create issue, it shows page for sec and shows Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The data is invalid. (13)

Hi Suresh,

Can you try enabling plugin safe mode and see whether the issue persists once the plugins are disabled? If it does then you can try enabling the plugins one by one in order to find which one is causing this problem.

All the best,
John
