I am looking to utilize JIRA cloud software for project tracking. I have questions from our legal department in regards to (IP) who owns and has access to the information that we track. Can Atlassian view our private information? IF we at some point no longer want to utilize the tool, will anyone else including Atlassian have access to our projects (data)?
