Integration between two jira instances. (Our company and a client who also uses Jira)

Arnie March 8, 2016

Hi,

how do we get two instances of JIRA to 'talk' to each other?

i.e A client wants to log a JIRA Issue in their instance, that automagically creates a JIRA issue in our instance?

Cheers,

Arnold.

Although it is not publicly released yet (when writing this), the K15t team is building something called Backbone to synchronize JIRA instances with multiple "transport protocol".

Looks interesting, and K15t has some remarkable add-ons. (I'm not affiliated with them.)

Check out ConnectAll. It is a standalone product that integrates multiple ALM applications and it can integrate one JIRA with another.
