Integration between Jira ServiceDesk and Jira Confluence

Hi Team,

We would like to integrate Jira ServiceDesk and Jira Confluence with each other.

We have already configured Confluence in the ServiceDesk's knowledge base tab.

 

My requirements are as per below:

  • Without login into the confluence, user should be able to view article from service desk

Please let me know what I need to configure to perform the above steps.

you need to allow anonymous access to your confluence instance and the linked knowldge base space.
