Integrate with Hipchat based on Filters

Is it possible to integrate with HipChat based on a JQL filter?  For example we have a project for each of our clients, within each project there is an issue type called "support ticket" . What I would like to do is have a HipChat room that is monitoring all issues in JIRA with an issue type of  "support ticket".

Take a look at the connecting projects to HipChat room section of: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+JIRA+with+HipChat

You would need to configure it once per project, but this could get the job done.
