Is it possible to integrate with HipChat based on a JQL filter? For example we have a project for each of our clients, within each project there is an issue type called "support ticket" . What I would like to do is have a HipChat room that is monitoring all issues in JIRA with an issue type of "support ticket".

You would need to configure it once per project, but this could get the job done.
