Installing JIRA war file

Hello,

I would like to install Jira from war archive on Tomcat 7.0. as described here, but have no idea where to find Jira WAR file with following files described in the link below:

You don't find a WAR file.

As per the instructions, you download the "war version", then build it yourself with some scripts. It sounds scary, but it's not really that bad "download, edit a text file, run script, end up with deployable .war and .xml files to copy to Tomcat".
