Installing BulkClone 1.0.1 in JIRA 5.0.6 crashed tree menu in left side in all projects.

After install BulkClone 1.0.1 the tree menu at the left desapears in any projects. Any idea why? I have installed an upgrade to 1.0.6 but didn't fixed the problem
