Hi Dhaval,

As David mentioned, you won't be able to install new plugins on your own if you are using an OnDemand instance. You can view their policy for plugins here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy

hi,

first of all, which JIRA version are you using and is this OnDemand or Download? This is quite important to know.

Assuming you are using a downloaded, quite recent version of JIRA you will find this in administration section under "Plugins" in the top menu. More detailed documentation (for all versions, this is just for the latest) is to be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA051/Managing+JIRA%27s+Plugins

Hope that helps? Cheers, David

As you may have seen in the linked documentation, some features are not available in OnDemand. Thus, the whole plugin section is different than in downlaoded product, meaning you are not able to install any plugins on your own.

More details on the limitations in OnDemand are found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand
