Insight Asset updates in next-gen project

Is it possible to update Insight assets from a next-gen service project?  According to the Insight documentation, you can do this in a classic project through a workflow transition post-function.  However, I do not see an ability to create a post-function in a transition in a next-gen project.

I'm using Jira and Insight cloud versions

If on their documentation they say it is not feasible then I am afraid you won't be able to do it.

I know lot of features in Classic Projects are not available in Next-Gen.

Thanks for this.  It doesn't explicitly state in the documentation that you can't do it.  Its just that I cannot find instructions on how to (only instructions for classic projects exist).  I just find it hard to believe that they have a next-gen service project type specifically for ITSM and it doesn't let you update your asset database.  It kind of defeats the whole purpose of it.

Then in this case I will suggest you to raise a ticket with Insight as they know better than anyone else their products.
