Inquiry Regarding Extracting User List Without Organization Tags in JIRA

Hello All,

I am currently seeking the best method to extract a user list from JIRA who have not been marked under any organization. I have a project with over 2000 users who are not associated with any organization tags.

I have attempted using the API (GET /rest/servicedeskapi/organization), but it only returns information about organizations. Additionally, after reviewing several articles, it appears that there is no specific API call for JIRA Server to extract such data.

I am reaching out to inquire if anyone has come across a workaround or alternative solution to retrieve this data from the JIRA system(not only API's, like any exports by using thrid party tools) . Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
