i have a question regarding the view of an epic.
i recognized that my jira core users are not able to see the issues in epic, but our jira sw users do.
is it a configuration i would be able to change or is it simple not supported to see the issues in epic with a jira core user?

Take a look at the JIRA Software Vs JIRA Core:License knowledge base article for an explanation to this behavior:
For licensing: Business users who are not doing any agile or development work can simply leverage JIRA Core licenses. You can buy Core licenses separately. For those who will access both sorts of projects, they have to buy JIRA Software licenses, and cannot simply have Core licenses. JIRA Software users can access both types of projects.

we are running both already, jira core and jira softwar, and i was just wondering why my jira core user are not able to see the issues in epic. is this a jira sw feature? or can i configure this as well for the jira core users?
