I've updated the settings for the existing "Comments from emails" mail handler. I changed it from the "Studio Email Handler" to "Add a comment before a specified marker or separator in the email body" and changed it to use a Split Regex of "/From:*/" as we use mostly Outlook clients and the default settings don't remove the quoted message properly.
It seems to revert (daily?) to the "Studio Email Handler," however.
Any ideas? Should I delete and re-create the handler? Is changing these settings not supported in OnDemand? Am I doing something else wrong?
