Include additional items in MORE CRITERIA button Issue Navgiator

I have TM project and need all the TMxxxx items to show up under the MORE CRITERIA button in issue navigator. How do we add them? Is it locked or customizable? Can we add option for ALL button so we do not have to click every item?

Also what determines column width size. Target Release and Fixed versions column seem to wrap around at different widths. Any way to adjust it? It is a custom field. Can it vary by width? <255 characters? It is a version picker field can we adjust size of custom fields to match fixed version size?

Not sure what you're aiming for but why don't you use JQL to generate the query?

Also what determines column width size.

The vm templates determine this.
