I have several screens setup so that when a ticket is moved to a new status users are required to enter a comment. On some screens I see a comment with the Wiki Renderer and on others I do not. How do I fix this issue as I want Wiki to show always and based on my settings I believe that is how it should be working

What version of Jira server is it ? If possible can you share a screenshot of the same you are mentioning.
