In change request in jira whenever a change is made the email should be sent to the approver for the change and then after either approving it or declining it the email should be sent?
Hi Palak,
When the email is sent would be tied to your notification scheme. The approver should be notified there is an action that needs toe be taken and then a second email would go out after approval if that's how your notifications are setup.
In regards to pulling back emails or comments can you explain further what you mean by that?
