Hello!
I am in the Free Trial of Jira Work Management's cloud and I am unsure how to edit the generated Workflows/Issue Types on my new board. I clicked on the Project Management template and have added new tiles that I want to use for my board. However, I would like recategorize the new tiles I've added and work on the workflow (see below). I am having difficulty finding the workflow on my homepage and when I find a particular area that says workflows, it says there are none active.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Hello @Kevin
The answer depends on whether your project is Team Managed or Company Managed.
Please go to the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find your project in that list. Tell us what it shows in the Type column for your project.
Thanks for your reply! It is "Team-managed business".

Hello Kevin,
To modify the workflows for a Team Managed project go to Project Settings and then click on Issues. That will show you a list of the issue types in the project with one of the types highlighted.
Notice in the center panel it shows the issue view fields and at the top there is an Edit Workflow button. Click that.
That will take you to the workflow editor.
You can find more information about managing workflows for Team Managed projects in this section of the documentation:
