In JIRA v6.3.10 I get "You no longer have access Support and Updates."

and "Renew online, remind me later or never remind me again."

A look on my licenses shows that they will run out in 2017. Nothing to rush for.

But as I have no Support I am not able to ask Atlassian about it.

What can I do?

Any help welcome.

Did you install your new license code into your JIRA manually?

Probably you purchased new renewed you license but didn't paste it (from my.altassian.com) into your JIRA application (Administration->System->Licensing).
